Keep your eyes out for our special spotlight presentations! Throughout the day, we’ll showcase short videos from these dynamic organizations and trans leaders who are making a big difference in their local communities.

Beefcake Swimwear

BCS

Beefcake Swimwear was started 2015 when the founder’s roommate wanted a 1920s style swimsuit. All that was available was vintage wool ones, which were fragile and small. She offered to make one.

When you purchase a Beefcake swimsuit, you’re getting a garment that is printed in small batches, cut, and sewn by people making a living wage in Portland, Oregon

They aren’t making thousands of suits that will sit in a warehouse, which means way less waste. They use high-performance fabric that is made from recycled fishing nets. They make a large size range as they can afford to keep in stock. They keep their mark-ups low in an effort to make their swimsuits more affordable.

Camp Lightblub

CLB

Puck Markham created Camp Lightbulb in 2011 as one of the first overnight camps for LGBTQ+ youth in the US or anywhere. A core component of his vision was the creation of a Rainbow Squad: a group of validated and confident LGBTQ+ youth who support and have fun with one another. Spaces like Camp Lightbulb are rare but critically important to the healthy development of queer youth.

Our commitment to connect campers to the LGBTQ+ community separates Camp Lightbulb from similar spaces. We intentionally host our camps in the heart of LGBTQ+ communities so that campers see the beauty of a community unapologetically flying free and can manifest a sense of pride within themselves.

Scott Stuart

I’m Scott Stuart, I’m a Best-Selling Children’s Book Author. My books have appeared on numerous best-seller lists across the globe, been translated into over a dozen languages, been adapted for the stage and screen, as well as receiving nominations for Children’s Book of the Year & Picture Book of the Year.

I’m an enormous advocate for joyful parenting and loving & accepting your children as they are. Ever since my son expressed interest in Queen Elsa at a young age and wanted to have all the costumes and toys that are usually “for girls,” I’ve made it a mission to help kids around the world understand that they are loved exactly as they are, and to help parents navigate the challenges that come along with that experience. Most of my books for kids are themed around inclusion, expressing your authentic self, and learning to accept yourself.
